We are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager for our client to deliver end-to-end change management priorities across a number of long-term strategic transformation projects.

This is a newly created role on the back of an exciting roadmap of initiatives, the role will require a Change Manager with demonstrated experience navigating the complexities and nuances that come with large-scale transformation projects, and implementing new ways of working.

**The Role**:
Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Driving Change across a highly visible initiatives
- End-End Change Management
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Manage budgets, deliverables, risks, and resourcing
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and business impact assessments
- Senior stakeholder engagement - high visibility projects

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- **Must have: Experience delivering End-End Transformation Projects, and implementing new ways of working.**:

- Demonstrated completion of driving transformational organisational change and leading the process for embedding sustainable change within financial services organisations
- Experience in delivering effective communications and readiness activities for operations teams.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver change tactics within an ambiguous and complex environment where information may not be readily available
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Agile)
