Our Community Aged Care organisation is seeking a dedicated Administration & Reception professional to be the welcoming face and reliable support behind our care services.About the RoleThis is a pivotal position within our team, combining front-of-house reception duties with behind-the-scenes administrative support.
You'll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of care and communication, while helping coordinate staff schedules and ensuring our clients feel valued from the very first interaction.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with staff rostering and schedule adjustmentsManaging general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondenceGreeting visitors and answering calls with professionalism and empathySupporting care staff and management with day-to-day operational needsMaintaining accurate records and confidentiality at all timesWhat We're Looking ForFamiliarity with rostering systems and scheduling processesProven experience in administration and reception (aged care or healthcare highly regarded)Outstanding phone manner and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive, team-oriented attitude willing to take on new tasksA genuine commitment to long-term employment and contributing to a caring communityWhat We OfferA supportive and inclusive work environmentThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact in aged careStability and long-term career potentialIf you're ready to bring your skills and heart to a role that truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.
