We are currently seeking a strategic Asset Management leader to oversee the maintenance services for a designated asset class. This role offers an exciting opportunity to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, drive performance improvements, and optimize maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Team leadership and management

• Providing expert guidance on maintenance philosophies and participating in Annual Work List (AWL) and Annual Work Plan (AWP) development reviews

• Attending Project Executive Board meetings and contributing to strategic decision-making

• Developing and chairing planning conferences and stage gate reviews

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting monthly status, current estimate to complete, and variance analysis

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify risks, opportunities, and issues relevant to the asset class

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering, along with experience in project management and maintenance optimisation using Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM). Additionally, familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and Navy maintenance management practices is highly desirable.
