**Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding role include**:

- Collaborating with the executive team and providing administration support to assist in achieving project requirements
- Managing projects as delegated by the executive team to achieve defined outcomes
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports and project updates.
- Planning, coordinating and executing workflow activities in line with business strategies
- Conducting research and collating relevant information to provide comprehensive data and insights
- Attending and supporting the management of internal and external meetings
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Drafting high-level correspondence
- Positive energy and a "can do" attitude
- A desire to learn and embrace the "lean" culture of the organisation
- Ability to be both a team player and a leader
- Curious and tenacious, with a desire to get to the bottom of issues
