The participant resides with family and requires daily assistance with personal care, transfers, domestic duties, and PEG feeding.Support is required 7 days a week, and a variety of shifts are available.
This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible casual or part-time work.Tentative Shift Schedule:6:00am – 8:00am (2-person assist)6:00am – 1:00pm (1-person assist)12:00pm – 6:00pm (1-person assist)8:00pm – 6:00am (1-person assist, Active Sleepover)Pay Rates:Day shift – $39.05/hrAfternoon shift – $42.96/hrSaturday – $54.67/hrSunday – $70.29/hrKey Responsibilities:Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and bathing using a mobile shower trolleyCatheter and bowel care (administering enemas and digital stimulation)Full hoist transfers using a sling and PAT slide (2-person assist)PEG feeding, oral suctioning, eye drop administration, and medication supportDomestic tasks: laundry, cleaning, and general tidyingSupporting community engagement and rehabilitation exercisesAbout You:You are caring, patient, and passionate about making a difference.
