**About the role**
At Prestige Inhome Care, we're not just a care provider; we're a family dedicated to making lives better by keeping people in the comfort of their homes. This is an opportunity for an extraordinary Registered Nurse looking for a part time leadership, blended role that works actively with a team and the community.

This role will be the main contact for the Service Delivery team for daily clinical queries and escalation. It will support with Nursing recruitment, induction and upskilling of staff. Responsible for high level supervision and leadership to nurses in New South Wales.

Alongside these duties, the Clinical Supervisor would provide in field clinical support, medications administration, VACC dressings, clinical assessments and nursing support as required.

**About you**
- APHRA Registered Nurse
- Previous leadership experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide safe and effective nursing care
- Excellent skills in assessing, documenting and implementing client care plan goals
- Experience in community care/ home based care services.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Demonstrated self-awareness and ability to work autonomously.
- Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
