If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of autistic children, we have a unique and rewarding opportunity for you. Our team of consultants at Woodbury School is seeking a passionate, innovative, and engaging Clinical Supervisor to join our exceptional multi-disciplinary team. Working collaboratively, you'll help deliver high-quality, evidence-based support grounded in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to promote student growth and development.
No two days are the same, and this role offers a varied and engaging caseload. With small class sizes and a high staff-to-student ratio, our focus is on making a genuine impact on each student's learning journey, helping prepare them for a successful transition into a less supported setting. We place a strong emphasis on student wellbeing, ensuring every learner has the tailored support needed to foster their development and growth.
If you're looking for a role where you can truly make a difference and transform lives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
ABOUT US
Woodbury is a community that values growth, progress, and each individual's unique journey. Our early intervention centre, Ruben's Place, and our primary school, Woodbury, support students aged 3.5 to 12 years with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. We've created a structured and supportive environment, underpinned by an exceptional staff-to-student ratio and evidence-based teaching strategies grounded in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), making learning both enjoyable and effective.
With a strong emphasis on Today's ABA, we prioritise student safety and wellbeing, fostering an environment where each child's development is actively nurtured and supported. Our vision is to create a safe, caring, and enjoyable educational haven for all students. Classroom activities are tailored to each student's individual support needs, ensuring that education, self-regulation, communication, language, and functional life skills are seamlessly integrated into their learning experience.
Woodbury operates as a transition school with an impressive staff-to-student ratio of 1:2. Throughout each student's enrolment, we focus on building their skill capacity and reduce barriers to learning. This strategic approach is designed to empower students, equipping them with the tools they need to thrive independently in less supported educational settings as they move through their learning journey.
Collaboration is the heartbeat of our approach. Our teaching staff and ABA / behaviour specialists work together to maximize each student's progress, giving them the tools needed to thrive.
YOUR ROLE AS A CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in creating meaningful change in the lives of our students in the school setting. Your expertise in behaviour analysis will guide our dedicated team, ensuring each student receives the individualised support they need to thrive in a school evironment. Through daily collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and real-time adjustments, you'll be a key driver of learning, growth, and progress across our school environment.
