Multi Skilled Operator - Work with a Leading Precast Pool Manufacturer Rocklea Location | Manual HR Driver | Excavator Experience Preferred Full Time, Permanent | Consistent 45 Hour Week | $80K–$100K (Competitive Salary) About the Role Our client, a well-established and fully licensed precast pool manufacturer, is seeking an experienced HR Driver and Excavator Operator to join their Rocklea-based team.
While the role primarily involves driving, it also includes excavator operation and general yard duties.

Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm.
Variety in Your Day Engage in truck driving, machine operation, yard duties, and site support for a varied and rewarding workday.
Use Your Skills (and Grow Them) Have an excavator ticket (3.5T–5T)?
Put it to good use.
If not, they're happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and deliver precast plunge pools and materials across SEQ (including as far as Nambour)
Operate small excavators (3.5T–5T) to move soil or assist with basic site prep
Assist with yard duties including loading, equipment checks, and general maintenance
Maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and teamwork What We're Looking For Current Manual HR Licence (essential) – HC is a bonus
Previous driving experience in a similar role
Excavator experience highly desirable (3.5T or 5T)
Construction White Card
