Training Officer required for a field based facilitation project based in Sydney

**Your new company**

You will be working for a government organisation who provide valuable support to the NSW community. This training role will require travel and some weekend facilitation.

**Your new role**
- Facilitation and coordination of priority training courses
- Provide advice and guidance on training members as required.
- Liaise and engage with key members to ensure participation and completion of training.
- Liaise and network with training teams across the state in a dynamic and diverse organisational structure that addresses capability gaps and requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure that training initiatives and materials are constantly evolving to meet the unique needs of members.
- Provide state wide operational response support

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Enterprise Trainer and Assessor Skill Sets (TAESS00015) or equivalent/higher
- Capacity to travel across the state as required, and possession of a current full Driving Licence.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and evenings in a variety of locations including rapid re-deployment to any part of NSW for several days, weekends and night work
