Seeking an accomplished and dedicated Training Officer to lead in the development of our training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others grow and learn, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to training activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address training needs
  • Maintain exceptional organizational skills and office efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the VET sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
