Role overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Program Manager
to take ownership of a central function within a large-scale transformation. This is a senior enterprise role, suited to someone who can navigate complex corporate environments, centralise key deliverables, and work closely with executive leadership.
Acting as the
right hand to the program lead
, you'll manage the operational fires, standardise processes, and ensure the consistent execution of enterprise-wide change initiatives. This is not a technical role - success comes from your ability to bring structure to complexity, cut through challenges, and ensure outcomes are delivered across a major pipeline of work.
Skills and Experience Required
Proven track record as a
Program Manager
on
large, enterprise-wide transformations
(not just divisional or project-scale work).
Strong ability to
navigate political and complex environments
with resilience and influence.
Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills
, including engagement with executive leadership.
Experience leading
centralised program functions
such as governance, reporting, and change management.
Ability to
cut through complexity
and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
Background in tier-one or major corporate environments is highly desirable.
Financial services experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and run the
central program function
, covering reporting, change request management, and mandatory deliverables.
Operate as the
second-in-command
to the program lead, enabling them to focus on strategic matters.
Provide
visibility and governance
across a large pipeline of enterprise change initiatives.
Drive structure, consistency, and accountability across multiple delivery streams.
Partner with senior executives and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and clear decision-making.
Manage complexities of
enterprise-level transformation
, ensuring progress despite competing priorities.
