About the Role

Support the Packaging Team in maintaining, improving and preventing product quality defects.

Respond to all product query requirements/regulatory observations while striving to continually improve GMP, safety and productivity.

**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to all internal and external product queries in a timely manner- Review internally generated Packaging Deviation Reports to ensure that appropriate preventative actions are implemented in a timely manner- Actively manage and communicate safety, quality, cGMP and maintenance issues- Manage and facilitate proposed corrective actions/preventative actions as agreed with the Packaging Shift Manager/Packaging Manager and other on-site Managers as requiredDuties- Plan, monitor and achieve goals within set time frames while maintaining Alphapharm values, objective and policies- Identify, define and resolve problems as they arise with the ability to positively respond to the changing environment- Contribute to the output of the team by sharing information with other team members on quality defect findings and ensure effective control measures are in place to prevent recurrence- Provide, build and maintain consistent, reliable and accurate customer service to internal/external customers- Write factual, clear and well-structured reports that describe and analyse a situation or problem, making recommendations for future actions.- Monitor and prioritise workload to ensure priority queries/tasks are on track and complete by due dates- Communicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives

About You

You will have:
- Three years' experience in a similar role and in a similar industry- A technical diploma or equivalent
