A great role for those who love repetitive tasks and working with beautiful, delicate products. Please be aware you'll spend most of the task on your feet - for around 5 hours (with any breaks).

Your main task will be picking & packing products accurately based on the Pick List of the Day. This role will be target driven, with the goal of packing a set number of orders accurately.

To be successful in this role you will require a taking pride in accuracy, working fast with your hands, and independent judgment skills.

**Position Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Folding packing boxes
- Picking and packing orders accurately based off our pick list
- On time dispatch within our promised timeframe
- Assembling pendants on chains
- Performing weekly ultrasonic cleaning of returned jewellery and storing them on our stock shelves (training will be provided)
- Cleaning and maintaining a safe work area
- Bringing sacks downstairs for handover to delivery partners
- Taking down studio rubbish from all bins at end of shifts

- 100% accuracy
- Packing at a rate of 4 mins per order minimum

We provide a comfortable work environment in our home studio with a daybed to use during your breaks. The environment is a quiet and creative space. We insist on employees taking their entitled breaks and provide room for mentoring and internal promotions for those with initiative and promise.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 16 per week
