Packaging and Dispatch Assistant

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a packaging and dispatch assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for efficiently packing orders and ensuring they are dispatched on time.

You will work closely with our customer service team to provide exceptional support to customers and delivery drivers. Your strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing orders with attention to detail
  • Sorting and dispatching orders efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
  • Australia work authorisation preferred
