**Our Opportunity**

Currently we have vacancies for **4 x Bakers/Production Operators, **in our baking production facility at our **Forestville site**. The Operator is an integral member of the baking team. The role will make a strong contribution to a high performing production team and team culture within the Forestville site. These positions are integral to the success output of our daily fresh products to the community. Reporting into a Team Manager you will work as part of the operations team to ensure that -our daily fresh bread products are produced and packaged in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring quality and food safety standards are met.

You will need a willingness and an aptitude to learn and a history in manufacturing or machine line operations. To ensure success in this role you will have good communication and be committed to following processes and procedures. Interacting with a variety of people will come naturally to you, and while you will actively contribute to the team you will be disciplined enough to work autonomously.

**Wednesday 10.15am - 8.45pm**

**Thursday 10.15am - 8.45pm**

**Friday 11.15am - 8.45pm**

**Shift Two**:
**Monday 11.15am - 8.45pm**

**Thursday 1.00am - 10.30am**

**Friday 1.00am - 11.30am**

**Saturday 5.00am - 3.30pm**

**Shift Three**:
**Monday 6.00am - 12.30pm**

**Tuesday 6.00am - 12.30pm**

**Wednesday 6.00am - 12.30pm**

**Thursday 6.00am - 4.30pm**

**Friday 7.30am - 6.00pm**

**Shift Four**:
**Monday 7.30am - 2.00pm**

**Tuesday 7.30am - 2.00pm**

**Wednesday 7.30am - 2.00pm**

**Thursday 7.30am - 6.00pm**

**Friday 9.00am - 7.30pm**

**Key accountabilities of the role include**:

- Operation of machinery and equipment on the processing lines
- Adhering to the company's Health and Safety/Food Safety (HACCP) policy and procedures
- Performs effective on line quality checks, product evaluation and monitoring.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

**About You**
- 2yrs+ experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG environment (desirable
- Experience in Food handling/Food processing industry
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work autonomously
- Effective oral and written communication.
- A focus on safe working practices
- Willingness and aptitude to learn
