About the Role

As a Baker at Mr. Cheese, your responsibilities will include:

· Preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of products, including our signature Japanese

cheesecakes, cream puffs, tarts, and other specialty items.

· Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all baked goods.

· Managing the preparation and efficient use of premium ingredients.

· Operating and maintaining baking equipment to ensure smooth production.

· Working early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

A minimum of 3 years of professional baking experience.

Proficiency in baking techniques, including knowledge of Asian-inspired desserts

(preferred).

A creative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
