Due to continued growth, we are looking for **dedicated, reliable, and empathetic Support Workers** to join our team. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting out in the sector, we provide a supportive environment and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

**Your Role**

As a Support Worker, you will work one-on-one with NDIS participants to promote independence, build capacity, and support daily living activities. Your role may include:

- Personal care (showering, dressing, medication support)
- Community access (appointments, shopping, social outings)
- Household tasks (cleaning, meal prep)
- Supporting emotional wellbeing
- Implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies (if applicable)

**What You Bring**
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Relevant qualifications (Cert III or higher in Disability, Community, or Individual Support) preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication, initiative and professionalism
