Samford Valley Steiner School (SVSS) is seeking a **Primary School Teaching and Learning Coordinator** to join our team in this brand NEW role, where you'll play a key role in shaping the curriculum and supporting teachers in delivering a rich, creative Steiner/Waldorf education.

The Role
As the Teaching and Learning Coordinator, you will:

- Oversee the development and delivery of a creative, engaging Steiner curriculum for Primary School.
- Provide direct mentorship and professional development to teachers, ensuring alignment with Waldorf principles and encouraging growth.
- Support student well-being through the implementation of individualised learning plans and collaboration with the Learning Enrichment Team.
- Contribute to assessment, reporting, and documentation processes to ensure holistic student progress is captured meaningfully.
- Engage with the school community, building positive relationships with teachers, students, and parents.

What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience with Waldorf pedagogy and Steiner education principles.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- A deep commitment to the human-centered development of children.
- Ability to manage and adapt to the evolving needs of the school community.
