A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia's largest infrastructure project, as Project Specialist, reporting to the Team Manager -Program Management Office (PMO).

A bit about your role

As the Project Specialist, you will be responsible for the support in a variety of services in cost and completion across the Build Delivery program. In this role, you will have the customer's needs at the forefront of everything you do to deliver excellent customer service. You will contribute to plans that aim to improve business processes and service models.

Lastly, as the Project Specialist you will utilise your multi-functional skills to respond to rapidly changing work volumes to effectively execute services to expected standards.

A bit about you

Moreover, you will have extensive experience in business process improvement and have a proactive and collaborative approach to improving service effectiveness.
