**About The Opportunity**
As the Software Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for the management of the team of Nexus and Geobank developers. The position will be expected to maintain a hands-on approach to coding, leading, and mentoring the team towards the delivery of quality software products following the Agile software development principles adopted by Micromine.
Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage the day-to-day software development activities of the Nexus team
- Help to manage the engagement, recruitment, retention, and remuneration of team members
- Design the software according to the clients' requirements and functional requirements
- Lead the team to develop localisable and user-friendly software

**About You**
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent IT qualifications
- Development experience in all or some of the following: C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, Python, MVC, Entity Framework, Angular
- Solid experience with relational database design and hands-on experience writing and optimising SQL statements including functions and stored procedures
- Understanding of in the Exploration and/or Mining domains is highly desirable.
