WHAT'S THE ROLE?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Tool Service Centre based in Seven Hills. As a Tool Administration Coordinator, you will ensure an efficient, customer focused tool repair experience in line with policies and goals set for Hilti's After Market Services.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Control of the repair workflow throughout the Tool Service Center
- Provide technicians with required paperwork and information to complete repairs
- Keep a clean and safe workplace
- Maintain inspection regulations and administrative processes
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Active cooperation in achieving performance targets
- Active cooperation with internal and external customers, to ensure expectations are being meet

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

- Ability to start your working day early, in line with the Tool Service Centre operations
- Passionate about providing consistent customer service
- Physically able to complete labour-intensive tasks
- Experience in general administrative duties (maintaining reports, records, filing, time keeping etc..)
- Attention to detail & good organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others
- IT proficiency - MS Office & SAP Experience would be an advantage
- Forklift license preferred but not mandatory
