**A little bit about the role**:
As Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Business Improvement Specialist**
- Working with the key personnel stakeholders to establish priorities based on awareness of strategic business priorities
- Establishing a prioritized program of business improvement initiatives
- Ensuring an evidence-based / data driven approach to decision making, delivery of initiatives and prioritisation activities
- Identifying opportunities to establish or improve the capability, processes and tools
- Facilitating workshops and providing specialist continuous improvement advice to business units to identify and resolve specific issues
- Development of processes which will support the implementation of complex business initiatives.
- Identifying risks affecting delivery of continuous improvement initiatives and where necessary deploying contingencies
- Developing supporting tools and resources in line with strategic objectives

**What will you bring**:

- Experience in similar business improvement position successfully delivering performance improvement and operational outcomes
- Tertiary qualification or certification in a business, or project management field or equivalent industry experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading teams and influencing organisations
- Proven business analysis and problems solving skills using structured techniques and approaches
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships
- Knowledge and practical experience of modern program and project management techniques including the development of a project from the concept, all the way to completion
- An understanding of organizational change management principles
- High level skills in management, planning and delivery of scope of works.
- Travel to other sites might be required
