You can find out more about our practice - remove the hyperlink text if not necessary.The Opportunity:We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Bupa Dental Ballarat practice available for 2 x Dental Assistant / Receptionists seeking casual work.Modern dental practice running a wide range of dental treatmentsFriendly, fun and dedicated teamClose to shops, train station and bus routesParking available at rearMaintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patientsPrepare patients & facilities for dental treatmentDeliver quality chairside assistance to our DentistsTreatment coordinationProvide instrument sterilisationMaintain infection control standards and proceduresMeet and greet patients, providing a great first impressionBook and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient recordsMaking patients aware of dental services and offersHandling paymentsAccessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentialityHigh-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner You'll be: Available to work 1-4 days per week, Monday to FridayIdeally 1+ years' experience working in a similar role (Dental experience highly regarded but not essential)Passionate about customer service and patient careCertificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regardedYou're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsOrganised with attention to detailAbility to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted mannerApply now, we'll be interviewing as soon as applications are received
