Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will work collaboratively within the Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Accounting team, as part of the large broader Finance team.The Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for both financial and non-financial analysis, modelling, insights, budgeting and forecasting.
This is a critical role in the long-term strategic planning, business case development, process improvement and provision of commercial decision support to operational stakeholders.
You will take an active part in setting the pace and driving the commercial finance function.To be successful in this role, you will have strong budget management experience, be a driven and accountable team player who is able to build trusted business partnerships with stakeholders by translating financial information effectively.Your ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines will be essential, in addition to;Min 5+ years management accounting/ business partnering experienceStrong technical accounting with Tertiary Accounting QualificationsCA or CPA MembershipAdvanced organisational and project management skillsAdvanced communication skills (both written and verbal)Advanced financial modelling and Microsoft excel skillsExperience within the Aged Care industry will be highly regardedWillingness to obtain a Police CheckBenefits Catholic Healthcare employees receiveAdditional leave days, salary packaging, fitness benefits, paid parental and family leave, and long service leave after five yearsCatholic Healthcare is a values-based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgroundsApply your interest online now
