Finance Strategy Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce regular reporting packs, owning budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with divisional leaders on performance evaluation and identify revenue-enhancing initiatives.
  • Analyze the current FP&A landscape and processes, enhancing reporting, budgeting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Contribute to the broader finance transformation program, driving strategic project work.
Candidate Profile
  • CA/CPA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent), with 3–5 years in FP&A or business partnering experience.
  • Prior professional services experience preferred.
  • Digitally literate, with hands-on exposure to reporting, budgeting, and BI platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, confident in engaging senior stakeholders.

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to turn data into meaningful insight, and exposure to PMO or structured project methodologies is advantageous.
