**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Curatorial Administrator** to join the Curatorial team at SEA LIFE Melbourne. This is an **ongoing, part-time role (approx. 25 hours per week)** based at SEA LIFE Melbourne.
As a Curatorial Administrator at SEA LIFE Melbourne, your responsibility is to:
- Provide various types of reporting, including OHS, animal welfare and budgets
- Provide support with departmental projects where appropriate
- Support the HR team and Curatorial Managers with recruitment and onboarding
**About You**
To shine in this role, you will ideally have an understanding of working with animals in a professional setting, coupled with proven administrative experience. Strong computer literacy is essential, as you will be working within and across multiple systems that are unique to our industry. Experience with systems such as Coupa and Kronos are desirable.
You are a strong communicator, are able to build rapport across the business, hold a current Victorian driver's licence and have strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to multi-task, be available/flexible to work occasional additional hours, along with the ability to meet deadlines and have demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are desired.
