Overview
ELTHAM College is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Community Engagement Coordinator to join their marketing and engagement team in a full-time, ongoing position.
This role focuses on stakeholder and volunteer engagement, delivering outcomes, and building strong community connections within the College.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the College Community Engagement Plan in line with key College strategic objectives, ensuring excellent customer experience across stakeholder groups, with emphasis on current families, students, school volunteers, alumni and friends of the College.
Maintain strong governance frameworks, including committee meetings and documentation.
Support the wider team in community engagement activities and events.
What you bring to the role
Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to build relationships with key groups
Experience with:
Volunteer coordination
Supporting the delivery of events and other community engagement opportunities
Using communications channels, including Facebook, to engage important stakeholders
Demonstrated knowledge of child safe practices, including reporting requirements
