BENNETTS SERVICES would like to offer a Permanent/ Part time position as Office Administrator based at our Cleveland Head Office Branch. This is a very important role as you are not only the first point of contact for our customers but play an integral part in the Internal mechanics of our family run Business.
- Answer all incoming calls from Customers, Suppliers and Staff
- Creating and scheduling jobs to the Field Technicians
- Resolve customer enquiries at the first point of contact
- Monitoring contracts
- Processing invoices
- Check weekly Timesheets
- Reconcile Eftpos transactions and payments into the bank
- Various other administrative duties within the company

- Be a quick problem solver to last minute changes to the schedule
- Time management skills
- An energetic and positive person with outstanding customer service skills
- Enter data accurately and in a timely manner
- Professionalism
- Be polite, courteous and respectful at all times

**Experience required**:

- Customer Service Experience in a phone based role preferred
- Good administrative and technical skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately while on phone to customers
- Proven organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Computer literate

A 3 month probationary period applies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $26.15 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
