Job Description
As a key leader in our cyber defence team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our security operations. You will drive innovation and lead change to strengthen our security posture and protect our rail freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development of a world-class security engineering capability to meet enterprise-wide outcomes.
Define and embed standards and principles that lift our security posture across the business.
Harness automation and AI-driven insights to transform incident response.
Design and implement cutting-edge SOAR tools and threat intelligence platforms.
Create automated workflows that accelerate threat detection, response, and remediation.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in security engineering, automation, and orchestration.
Experience implementing SOAR, TIP, and advanced detection platforms.
Strong background in CI/CD integration and infrastructure-as-code.
A passion for driving change, influencing stakeholders, and embedding cyber resilience at scale.
