Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect to lead the development of secure, high-performance solutions across our product suite.

This strategic role is embedded within our software department and reports directly to the Head of Information Technology. As a Cybersecurity Architect, you will collaborate with software and IT teams to embed security into design, development, and delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust security measures are integrated into all aspects of our products
  • Design and implement comprehensive security controls across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
  • Conduct thorough threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews for new and existing systems
  • Develop and enforce security architecture principles, standards, and policies that align with industry best practices
  • Mentor technical teams in secure development practices and champion DevSecOps methodologies
  • Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge security technologies to stay ahead of emerging threats
  • Translate security strategy into actionable architecture and reusable design patterns that drive business value
  • Support incident response and forensic investigations as a subject matter expert

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, including 2+ years in security architecture or senior engineering
  • A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable
  • Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure), identity and access management, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
  • Experience with secure development practices and DevSecOps methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across technical and business teams
