Overview:

- The Governance and Metadata Lead is primarily responsible for implementation and the ongoing facilitation, co-ordination, and review of the SA Health Data Governance Framework. The Governance and Metadata Lead, in collaboration with the Manager, Data Governance and Integrity will develop artifacts, including policies and procedures and appropriate and contemporary technologies required under the Framework and work across SA Health to ensure support for, and understanding of, data governance.
- The position will provide a consistent approach to managing metadata across the agency for the SA Health Data Assets and all associated products and services. It will represent SA Health at a national and state level, as appropriate, to provide consistent data stewardship and so provide users with high quality and consistent data.
