**Multipole roles available in NSW, VIC and QLD working on 3G4G Project.**

**The role**:

- Oversee operational and administrative aspects of installation projects
- Supervise direct labour and subcontractors
- QA site auditing and reporting
- Provide client assurances throughout the project and manage technical escalations
- Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes
- Manage local stock movement and distribution
- Manage and audit technician / subcontractor project and spare parts stock
- Manage incoming customer service-related calls and troubleshooting
- Manage for the project technicians/subcontractor Mobile Device App's
- Identify and communicate issues impacting the project
- Assist Project Supervisor with regular reporting and subcontractor invoice process

**About you**:

- Experience as Project / Field Supervisor for Installation or Service
- Experience of the Electronic Security Service and Installation Industry within industrial, residential or commercial environment
- Must hold valid Security License, OH&S Induction and valid driver's license
- Strong knowledge of Security Systems
- Experience in MS Office software and MS Project
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
