Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Supervisor located in West Melbourne, VIC. The Field Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing field service operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring excellent communication with clients and team members. Day-to-day tasks include supervising field service staff, coordinating service schedules, and addressing customer concerns to ensure a high level of service quality.

Qualifications
  • Supervisory Skills and Field Service experience (preferred)
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction focus
  • Proficient in Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in the coffee industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
