**Remote Vendor Page Creator - Work Analysis Document**
- Work Title: Remote Vendor Page Creator
- Department: Vendor Page Creation Team
- Reports To: Supervisor of Remote Vendor Page Creator Team

**Work Summary**:
The scope of work for the Remote Vendor Page Creator includes:

- Uploading a minimum of 16 vendor pages per day, with a weekly target of 80 vendor pages.
- Gathering vendor information from websites and social media accounts.
- Selecting appropriate images for vendor pages.
- Communicating the weekly plan of working hours to the supervisor.
- Sharing information regarding daily working hours.
- Providing daily updates to and informing the supervisor about the prepared and uploaded listings.
- Allowing the supervisor to join in at any point to observe work progress.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Vendor Page Creation and Uploading:

- Gathering essential vendor information (brand name, contact details, website URL, social media URL etc.).
- Selecting a minimum of 40 high-quality vendor images.
- Uploading selected images with proper formatting.

2. Meeting Weekly Targets:

- Ensuring a minimum of 80 vendor pages are uploaded per week.
- Managing workload to meet targets while maintaining accuracy.

3. Remote Work Flexibility:

- Working from home with flexible hours.
- Maintaining effective communication with the team and manager.

**Safety and Security Measures**:

- Prioritizing safety and security in the remote work setup.
- Working from a personal laptop/PC for data privacy.
- Having a stable, fast, and secure internet connection.
- Working in a distraction-free environment.
- Having a wired headset and camera for communication.

**Required Qualifications**:

- University diploma or equivalent education in relevant fields.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including internet research.
- Ability to work independently and meet upload targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in content management or related roles.
- Familiarity with the event industry or related fields.
- Experience with remote work and workload management.

**Physical Demands**:

- Primarily computer-based work with no significant physical exertion.

**Work Environment**:

- Working from home with a reliable internet connection and necessary tools.

**Work Evaluation**:

- Performance evaluated based on meeting upload targets, accuracy, safety measures adherence, and compliance with guidelines.

**Work Development Opportunities**:

- Opportunities for skill development within the Vendor Page Creation Team or related departments.

**Job Types**: Commission, Contract

**Salary**: Up to $3,000.00 per month
