Job Title: Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • To monitor clinical trials from site selection to study close out
  • Monitor trial progress, escalating protocol deviations, SAEs, or risks to timely completion of milestones
  • Submit visit reports on time to Clinical Trial Managers
  • Cross-functional collaboration with site staff, Principal Investigators, and contracts teams
  • Monitoring in global oncology studies, including on-site and remote visits

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site monitoring from site initiation to study closure
  2. Ensuring trial conduct in accordance with the protocol, GCP, ICH guidelines and applicable regulations
  3. Providing regular updates to the project manager and other stakeholders as required
  4. Collaborating with sites to identify and resolve any issues that may impact the trial's progress
  5. Maintaining accurate records of all site-related activities

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Life Sciences
  • At least 2 years of independent site monitoring experience
  • Prior exposure to Oncology trials an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in CRO/Pharma environment essential

Working Arrangements:

This role will involve approximately 50% travel. You will be based in our office but will need to visit sites regularly.
