**The Role**:
**Your primary role will be to provide clients with clarity and precision on what their property portfolio strategy needs to be, to help them achieve their own lives of Freedom, Choice and Abundance.**

**You will ensure that clients' needs are put first, and that they successfully understand the property strategy recommended to them that is in line with their goals, and personal expectations.**

**You will be an excellent communicator who understands that it can be better to over communicate than under communicate, but you know to adjust your communication style to suit the individual client.**

**You possess strong analytical skills and are able to process, and present, both quantitative and qualitative data to validate or disqualify a recommendation.**

**This role (like the company) is dynamic.**

**There will be process/systematic changes being implemented constantly, and as such these roles and responsibilities are likely to evolve over timebut will always seek to serve our mission to transform the way Australia invests and put our clients needs at the forefront at all times.**

**The Responsibilities**:

- **Understand and embody our company values**:

- **Host onboarding and discovery sessions to deeply understand your clients position and goals**:

- **Develop and deliver bespoke strategies with a level of high accuracy in response to your clients' unique requirements**:

- **Main POC for client communications through the onboarding, discovery and strategy delivery stages**:

- **Keep accurate and up-to-date client records**

- **QPIA Certification**
