**Finance Support Officer - West Leederville**

**Part-time 15 hours/week **(with a possibility of extra hours)**

Located at our West Leederville office, we have an immediate requirement for a Finance Support Officer to undertakes a range of financial and administrative functions. This position is supported by an Administrative Services team including other Finance team members.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience in Account Reconciliation
- Company Purchasing experience
- Experience using financial software, (MYOB essential)
- Microsoft Office experience, (Outlook and Excel essential)
- Customer Service experience with the ability to attend to external finance queries
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and prioritising skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Professional standard of personal presentation
- References if requested at interview
- Upon appointment provide a National Police Clearance (less than six months old, or willing to obtain one.)
- Other relevant documentation
