Internship
As a Sustainability Intern, you will work within the Group Sustainability team to deliver environment, social and governance (ESG) outcomes. Over the course of the program, you will partner with stakeholders across Mirvac to interpret data from an ESG lens, reporting and communications.

**Internship highlights**:
11-month paid Internship in your area of study, around your study schedule (Feb - Dec 2026)
Rotations across job families and asset classes for some Internships
Participation in a Hatch Innovation Project
Asset site tours
Corporate learning programs to build upon your professional and technical skills
Property education modules
Networking opportunities across business teams and our Executive Leadership Team
Support structure including a Manager, Buddy and Intern Program HR Team
Am I eligible for the Internship program?
**If you meet the following criteria, please apply**:
Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
Availability to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week
Penultimate year of your Bachelor's degree in Business / Economics / Finance / Communications or Data Management, and due to complete your studies in 2026
You are flexible, adaptable and enjoy variation in your work day to day
Display an innate curiosity, eagerness to learn, positive can do attitude
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to problem solve in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Collaborative nature, with the ability to form strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate
Ability to learn new systems and technologies including Excel, Sharepoint, PowerBI
