Our Insurance WA team has approximately 90 people located across Adelaide, Perth and Darwin.
The Insurance WA team is a defendant insurance legal team, working across both General Insurance and Statutory Insurance matters, including workers' compensation, recoveries, compulsory third party, liability, professional indemnity and general insurance.
This is a fantastic hands-on Insurance role, with significant learning, development and progression opportunities, and the opportunity to work with interesting clients, including some of Australia\'s top insurers.
Skills And Experience between 5+ years of post-admission experience within Workers' Compensation; ideally you will have experience on the defendant side, however we will also consider candidates with a plaintiff background who are keen to move into a defendant practice; a genuine interest in building a career in workers' compensation law and contributing to the success of our practice; clear, concise legal writing skills; and strong attention to detail.
