The role

To provide supervision to teams and effectively allocate tasks and review work progress for the effective operation of the Omni Fulfilment Centre across various functions including, picking, online, inbound, outbound and VAS (Value Added Services).

**Please note this role is based in Truganina**

Key responsibilities
- Use software packages to create and operate database file structures, spread sheets and the use of RF scanning devices;
- Receiving and despatching online orders and stock into and from the Omni Fulfilment Centre;
- Generate, create and maintain reports;
- Use non - licenced material handling equipment;
- Picking, packing of online orders and /or stock into and from the Omni Fulfilment Centre;
- Use of pick to light and pick to voice;
- Stock counting and control;
- Value Added Services (VAS), including but not limited to reprising, store ready services, steaming, cushion inserts, floor ready processes;
- Basic computer operation associated with the above tasks;
- Maintain a vigilant and focussed approach to workplace health and safety within individual work areas;
- Previous experience in a warehousing/logistics environment;
- Previous experience leading/managing people;
- Retail experience beneficial;
- Experience in working in large teams;
- Experience working in a fast paced environment;
