**About the role**
This is a high impact, leadership position where you will play a significant role in creating new opportunities and manage established partnerships for the Dulux Construction Solutions portfolio of products in the new commercial construction.
You will be responsible for establishing effective, sustainable, profitable, and mutually beneficial business relationships within the major commercial construction segment in NSW with both large and mid-tier builders, to secure profitable growth & improve the business position & market share for DuluxGroup business units and brands.
It is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront & make an impact across the business as you will manage varied internal and external relationships. You will be the key driver for industry body relationships as well.
This role is part of the national Dulux Construction Solutions team supporting the sales function in the state and will empower you to unlock array of opportunities for the sales team, their customers and make a difference in the commercial construction segments of the coatings industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage established supply partnerships and develop new opportunities.
- Accountable for future project pipeline and early project engagement with a range of Commercial New Construction projects in the Tier 1, Tier 2 market.
- Support the state teams and navigate project management.
- Collaborate with the state sales team to help our painters through providing industry insights and lead generation.
- Contribute to the delivery of total State trade sales targets.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in commercial construction or a trade related industry.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and account management roles.
- Experience engaging stakeholders (internal & external) with the ability to demonstrate influencing skills and build meaningful long-term relationships.
- Experience using a CRM tool to track many complex projects and customers effectively and transparently.
