Sydney Commercial Construction Project Manager

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a commercial construction project in Sydney, managing subcontractors and ensuring quality workmanship.
Main Responsibilities:- Leading site operations from start to finish, achieving timely completion within budget.
- Coordinating with stakeholders for seamless communication.
- Maintaining OH&S compliance and adopting proactive problem-solving approaches.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably on commercial projects. They should possess strong leadership skills and excellent relationship-building abilities.

- Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager on commercial projects
- Experience in hospitality construction desirable
- Management of project values up to $15 million

Salary Range: AU$120000 - AU$180000 per annum
