Terra Firma has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced IT Service Desk Support Analyst to continue contributing to our ongoing support to ours and our clients' business.

You will partner and coach our internal stakeholders and teams to understand and provide technical support. This includes onboarding and offboarding staff, managing our IT assets and providing technical support around our day-to-day business needs. You are competent at providing first, second and third level support by understanding, analysing and resolving support-related requests and incidents. Your role is to improve the end users' day to day life in relation to the organisations technical services.

**Your role will include**:
Running IT induction for new starters and offboarding for staff finishing with the organisation

Performing troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers

Walk the customer through the problem-solving process

Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

Provide accurate information on IT products or services

Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

Follow-up and update customer status and information

Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team

Identify, prioritise and suggest possible improvements on procedures

About You

We're looking to leverage your highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and your ability to foster and maintain effective relationships.

As a successful IT Service Desk Support Analyst, you will have a passion for IT and enjoy problem solving. You may have similar experience in a previous role and demonstrate:
Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot cloud technologies including Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Power Point)

Prior experience with desktop support

Experience with loading and building Desktops, laptops

Prior experience with Salesforce (desirable)

A team player, enjoy working with people and are able to work in the office 2-3 days a week

An excellent communicator and have interpersonal skills to effectively communicate to a non-technical audience

A fast learner, solutions focused and have the enthusiasm to respond to queries in a timely manner

Confident, have a strong work ethic and self-motivated

Detail orientated and have the ability to work to deadlines

Able to grow with the organisation and have the desire to learn
