Paull & Warner NSW have an exciting employment opportunity in our NSW manufacturing division located in Smeaton Grange. Paull & Warner NSW manufacture and assemble a catalogue of Emergency Service Vehicles such as Ambulances, Police, Rescue and Fire vehicles.

We are looking for an experienced **Quality & Inspection Coordinator** to ensure end to end quality and consistency throughout the production line. This role works with the Quality & Technical Manager and Production Manager to ensure all vehicle builds are produced to the highest quality and standard.

The **Quality & Inspection Coordinator** assists with vehicle quality inspections, quoting decommissioned vehicles 'make good', technical and pricing queries, as well as ensuring quality is in line with our clients first class expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Management**
- Ensure consistency in quality across all vehicle builds via process driven initiatives.
- Assist in resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner & adhere to deadlines.
- Knowledge of Australian Vehicle Standards, Second Stage Engineering
- Conduct vehicle in-takes, inspections, quoting and maintaining vehicle documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle dispatches.
- Identify opportunities and propose enhancements to streamline processes and boost efficiency
- Analyse quality assurance data and make recommendations for improvement to management
- Assist management team with administrative tasks when required such as data entry for inventory systems

**Technical**
- Pricing and Quotes
- If required, assist with vehicle and installation manuals for external and internal use.
- Proactively train staff in areas that require better workmanship.
- Organise and coordinate vehicle engineer reports.

**Business Relations**
- Develop & maintain healthy relationships with key suppliers and clients.
- Have a good understanding of industry knowledge and upcoming new products.
- Provide timely after sales support and coordinate warranties with past and present clients.

- Proficient in the Microsoft office suite and business systems
- Ability to plan and time manage own schedule

**Desirables**
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of the vehicle body building industry, especially emergency service vehicles.
- Proven track record in vehicle production.
- 5 years' experience in similar role.
