Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcomes.We are excited to be expanding across South Australia, bringing the science of Kieser to our second Adelaide location, opening in Glenelg this October.The RoleJoin the Kieser Glenelg team as a Client Advisor and play a vital role in welcoming and supporting our newest community as they begin their strength and rehabilitation journey at Kieser.
Set to open its doors in October 2025, Kieser Glenelg is looking for a Client Advisor -the friendly face of our team who provides exceptional customer service and guides clients through every step of their experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic health environment and be an integral part of an exciting new clinic launch.Responsibilities include: Coordinating client appointments and managing a busy electronic clinic diary Processing client payments (EFT, HiCaps, MediPass) Promoting Kieser's products and services Conducting membership consults Providing administrative support to the leadership and clinical team Answering questions and resolving problems for clients and team members Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards Ideal candidates thrive in a client-facing environment, exude positivity, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences.
