**The Organisation**

Community Support Incorporated is a leading provider of home care services in the disability and aged care sectors, as well as support coordination. We have been providing services in the community for over 30 years across South Australia and provide a professional and collaborative work environment with a clear focus on person-centred care for our clients.

**About You and the Role**

The Client Services Clinical Manager is responsible for providing clinical leadership and practice support to the operational team to ensure the delivery of quality, safe, person-centred support to clients in accordance with individual service agreements, support needs and quality standards. The role includes practice leadership and mentoring of staff; maintaining organisational compliance with operational guidelines and continuous improvement; providing recommendations on operational and service delivery matters to enable all staff to provide quality service to clients within the vision and mission of Community Support Inc.

The Client Services Clinical Manager will work in conjunction with the Governance team to ensure that quality and compliance standards are achieved and maintained.

**Key Experience Required for the Role**:

- Previous experience in developing and implementing person centred services.
- Demonstrated administrative experience, including well developed proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and healthcare incident management systems.
- Experience in the community services, disability, or aged care sector.
- Knowledge of current Legislation, Standards and Clinical Guidelines desirable
- An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and Aged Care and associated Quality Frameworks desirable
