**The Role -**
You will be THE Lead Technical SME and play an absolutely pivotal role in a series of large-scale, complex, D365 CE projects within this thriving NFP.

You will be responsible for working with stakeholders, vendors, leading the D365 CRM solutions team in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining and you will be the go-to person at the Senior level for anything Dynamics 365 CRM focused within the group as a whole.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Extensive hands-on development, implementation and/or design experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Outstanding knowledge and experience in the full software development life-cycle
- Ability to communicate at the technical, business and personal levels with colleagues and stakeholders.
