**The Firm & The Role**

A full-time, permanent role for an experienced general Commercial/Corporate Litigator. You will take on a diverse caseload ranging from complex, large-value commercial disputes to insolvency matters. You will be expected to be an expert at drafting clever and accurate court documents, identifying key issues, understanding what evidentiary solutions must be formulated and applied to address those issues, and briefing and instructing appropriate counsel.

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years PAE exclusively in general Commercial/Corporate Litigation
- Excellent interpersonal skills: strong plain English communication skills, ability to function autonomously and in a team, ability to take directives and implement constructive feedback
- Detail-oriented and committed to your work
