Senior Associate Job OpportunityWe are seeking a remarkable Senior Associate to join our high performing Commercial Litigation practice in Melbourne.This role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to:

The Role

This exciting opportunity sits within our renowned Commercial Litigation practice in Victoria under Partner Fred Prickett. Fred and his team have a well-respected reputation in the market and are considered as trusted advisers to various corporate and government clients.

This role has a high level of client interaction and will see you managing client relationships, shaping the strategic direction of matters, working closely with counsel and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with this high performing team and have access to the expertise of other partners across the practice group.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a Senior Associate position
  • Demonstrated experience in a range of litigious matters
  • Preferably experience in class actions, regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings
  • Strong academic achievements
  • Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation
  • The ability to project manage and drive matters through to completion
  • A passion for mentoring, supervising and delegating work to more junior lawyers
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional client service
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; required for building effective client relationships and contributing to a positive team environment
