**About the Position**
ALS Environmental is seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to manage front desk operations at our facility in Smithfield.
In this multi-faceted role you will assist with administrative duties, events organisation and support the Client Services team. We need a highly motivated and confident individual to represent a professional image of our business.
This role will see you:
- Performing receptionist duties, greeting and registering visitors to site
- Managing courier bookings, sending client orders
- Managing external contractors, eg. cleaners, couriers
- Managing monthly invoicing, purchasing, stocktake
- Organising internal and external events (staff lunches, periodic meetings, yearly events)
- Get the opportunity to experience working in other parts of the operation as additional support
**About you**
To be successful, you'll:
- Have worked in a similar role and have great MS Office skills you can utilise
- Be a confident communicator with a positive, bubbly personality who loves contributing to and being part of a team
- Have strong organisational and time management skills and ability to reorganise priorities quickly
- Be thorough, diligent and enthusiastic to learn
